Print labels

In the Print tab you have the option to create PDF documents with QR codes. You can print these documents on suitable universal label sheets.

Select label type

  1. Select Label Type to set the desired format.
  2. A list with all stored labels opens.
  3. Select the type of label you want.
  4. The app automatically returns to the previous view, the Print tab.

Define your own label type

If the type of label you need is not stored in the app, you can define the desired format yourself under Label Type.

  1. To do this, tap the button New label type (plus icon) in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Enter the required data.
  3. Confirm with the Save button (check icon).
  4. The app returns to the previous view. The new label type is automatically selected.
  5. The label types you defined are displayed at the top.

Generate document

Select the button Generate document in the upper right corner of the Print tab. The generated PDF document is opened. Using the buttons in the top right corner of the screen you have the following options:

  1. Share document: Send or save the document for further use outside the app.
  2. Print document: Print the document directly from your iPhone or iPad using a suitable printer connected to the device.
