List
The verb list is always opened directly after launching the app. The list shows all verbs contained in the app in their infinitive forms.
You can search for verbs via the text field. Your search text will be compaired with the infinitives and the translations of the verbs.
If you select the filter icon (funnel), the filter settings will be loaded. They allow you to show and hide different verb categories (weak verbs, strong/irregular verbs, favorites). Select the bin icon to reset the filter settings. A filled funnel icon shows you that a filter is set.
If you select one of the entries in the verb list, a details view is loaded. This view contains a translation of the selected verb as well as all available forms of the verb. Pressing one of the speaker icons will make the app speak the respective verb form via the device’s text-to-speech system. At the bottom of the details view, you will find the results from the quiz. For each category the number of correct answers is stated (a wrong answer will reset the score of the category to 0). The total score is based on the results of the categories and indicates to which percentage the verb can be considered as learned.
The details view also allows you to mark a verb as a favorite by selecting the star in the title bar.
